The Society was established in 1991 by amalgamating Melton Mowbray Society Of Anglers (founded 1927)and Asfordby Society Of Anglers (founded in 1963).

We are a friendly Club in the Leicestershire area of the East Midlands.
The club lake offers both pleasure and match anglers a wide
variety of fish to catch throughout the year.
